Policiais civis da delegacia da cidade de Santa Luzia do Itanhy prenderam nesta segunda-feira, dia 30, Thiago Vieira. A prisão foi motivada depois da expedição de mandado de prisão por conta do justiça local. A ordem judicial surgiu depois que há cerca de um mês Thiago, que estava impedido pela Justiça de se aproximar da ex-companheira e familiares, raptou o filho que estava sob a guarda da avó e o levou para a cidade de Nossa Senhora do Socorro.
Após o episódio, a delegada Viviane Jardim, juntamente com policiais do Centro de Operações Policiais Especiais (Cope), resgatou o menor e efetuaram a prisão de Thiago que foi encaminhado para a Delegacia Plantonista de Aracaju, onde, após lavrar o procedimento competente foi liberado. Ele continuou a descumprir a ordem judicial e voltou a ameaçar a sua ex-companheira e parentes, motivo pelo qual foi expedido mandado de prisão preventiva cumprido hoje. Thiago está custodiado na delegacia do municÃpio de Boquim, onde aguardará decisão judicial.
